“Said and Done” by Meg and Dia

“Said and Done” by Meg and Dia.

It’s about time huh?  I try to keep Meg and Dia separate from Is Green Jaded…or Jaded Tunes, but no matter what, we seem to come together anyway.

This song is on their newest record: Cocoon.

This song really speaks to me as a person.  If you have read some of my blogs on “looooove” then  you know that I am very interested in the subject. I believe in it… I choose to believe in.  I don’t care if it’s true or not. It is true to me.  Now I just need to find someone who chooses to believe in it as much as me.

Enjoy!

Love is real. It’s not like Santa Claus. You just need to make it real.

Ahah, I found it! I had a STRONG feeling the song would be this one if it was off of Cocoon. You’re such a love dove.

Huh, according to my iTunes, the is my “Most Played” song, must mean I like it? Ha ha.

Certainly one of my favorite Meg & Dia songs. Is it just me, or does this song remind anyone else of the song “When I’m Sixty-Four” by the Beatles?

There really is something special about Cocoon. I cannot find a song I dislike on it.. but this one stands out.. it’s cute lol yes I said cute. Girls worried about love over time.. it makes me grin every time I hear it. And here I was convinced all girls were evil..

Don’t tell them I said so, but I’m still convinced they are evil…
